Where the money goes
Rarely theft. A round for a friend, a tab left open, a cash sale not rung because the queue was long. Small each time, hundreds a month.
A day’s total cannot show it. A sale tied to a person and an hour can.
What the register records
- Every drink, under the name of whoever rang it.
- Drinks print at the bar, food in the kitchen.
- What each bartender and cashier took: cash, mobile payment and what is still owed.
- Your busiest hours, so the rota can follow them.
- Receipts with your TIN, VAT number, FS and MRC, with Directive 1142/2026 registration built in for when the Ministry opens it.
What it does not do
Easymaz does not count bottles or measure pours. If nothing is rung, nothing is recorded.
What changes: the sales register says exactly what was sold, by whom and when. Count the shelf against it, and the gap becomes a fact instead of a suspicion.
When the power goes
The register runs in the bar, not in the cloud, and the UPS keeps it going, so drinks are still rung and receipts still print.
Paper invoices written during an outage are listed for filing within the 72 hours the directive allows.
A bar and a restaurant together
Each room has its own register and licence. With two or more, Enterprise support is 15,525 ETB per restaurant a month.
